To determine the perfect size of your hoop, measure from the floor up to an area between your navel and chest. Sizes usually range from 36" to 42" in diameter.

Tip #1- The bigger the hoop circumference= the slower the rotation= easier to keep spinning

Water Hoops- Hoopadelia can add up to two cups of water to your hoop to increase weight and add extra flow to your spin.

Tip #2- Water adds weight= heavier hoop= slower rotation
